Lisa Smale
Managing Director |
Lisa Smale is the Managing Director of Headfirst Associates. She has over 14 years experience in providing a broad-based management development portfolio to Managers at all levels. She has held many corporate roles including Training and Development Director, Personnel and Training Manager and has worked as a coach at Board level.
Lisa is a graduate in Hospitality Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and is qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator step I and II, FiroB, The Good Boss Questionnaire and the Emotional Intelligence Competency Inventory.
Her background within the highly competitive and dynamic retail industry ensures that the development activities she provides are both practical and realistic.
Lisa uses her highly flexible approach to design and deliver innovative development solutions which are tailored to her clients' needs. |
Andrea Gregory

Andrea Gregory Enabling people to give of their best in organisations has been Andrea’s passion for the last 12 years at Going Places, Argos, Harrods and latterly for a host of clients in the retail, e-commerce, travel, oil, healthcare and not for profit sectors.
Andrea believes that enabling people in this way is not a “soft option” for those that have the time and other resources to do so, but rather it is the most effective way of improving the performance of organisations so that they consistently deliver business objectives. Inspired people, with a clear sense of what must be done can deliver extraordinary results.
With an M.B.A. and significant experience of the essential HR disciplines Andrea achieves a healthy mix of innovation, pragmatism (with a little humour for good measure) and this is always centred on delivering results.

He has a very broad skills base having directly managed projects that relate to corporate change, occupational assessment, performance management and team development. Rob brings insight, energy and a high level of communication to all his consulting projects.

Paul Gausden

Paul Gausden has 18 years experience in providing a broad management development portfolio to many client organisations, specialising in the delivery of high impact development interventions, which add value to both the individual and the organisation. He has substantial experience, and expertise in, management development, assessment and development centres, leadership and team development, executive coaching and culture change programmes. He is a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a licensed user of a range of psychometric profiling products including Myers Briggs (MBTI) and FIRO-B.

Andrew Manuel

Andrew Manuel is an excellent training designer, facilitator and coach. He is a Master Practitioner of NLP, member of the CIPD and MBTI qualified. Qualification as NLP Coach required successful completion of a 20 day International Coaching Federation accredited training programme.
Delegates experiencing his training say that he makes them feel at ease, builds great rapport and makes things fun, practical and easy to understand. Andrew employs accelerated learning techniques. He is used to working with all levels in an organisation including directors, managers and team members.
Current Training and Development excellence is combined with previous Store Manager experience gained in Marks and Spencer and Somerfield. This increases credibility with Line Managers and enables him to relate to real operational issues.
